Hey, I'm Dan, a London-based Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience coaching high achievers (entrepreneurs, executives and driven professionals) and all-around amazing people on the gym floor or online to achieve peak shape & fitness.
Originally from Romania, I won the National Bodybuilding Title and moved to London in 2015, where I further refined my services and coaching approach, helping clients achieve real results without extreme methods.
This challenge is a condensed version of what has worked for my one-on-one clients — structured into a simple, plug-and-play system that meets you where you are.

I operate a give-first business model. I aim to inspire people to transform and be generous with the information I share. I want to help you achieve such a great result over the next 14 days that if you choose to work with me afterwards, it will be a no-brainer, and I am honoured to be your guide, even if you decide not to.
No problem. Although the challenge is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, it is suitable for someone with some training experience. If you're a total beginner and unsure whether you're executing exercises correctly, please work with a personal trainer face-to-face first.
The challenge offers bodyweight and gym-based options, allowing you to train at home, outdoors, or in the gym - whatever works best for you. The goal is to build consistency, not complicate things.
You'll learn the principles that'll help you achieve the best physique possible, given your genetics, time, drive, and current environment.
You'll be part of a supportive group of participants who will share the journey with you.
First, we'll ask for your feedback so we can continue improving and address any questions you may have. Then, you'll have the option to continue with a personalised coaching program tailored to your goals.
